We're looking for a motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) individual to join our team as a combined Insurance Sales Agent & DMV Service Representative. This unique role offers the chance to help clients on two fronts, ensuring their financial security and navigating DMV tasks.
Responsibilities:
Insurance Sales Champion:
- Market and sell various insurance policies to individuals and businesses.
- Analyze client needs to recommend the most suitable coverage options.
- Develop leads and build strong relationships with new clients.
- Conduct policy reviews and update coverage as needed.
- Assist clients with claims processing and benefits administration.
DMV Service Expert (willingness to learn a plus):
- Process DMV registration renewals for cars, trucks, motorcycles etc. (training provided).
- Handle title transfers and license plate renewals efficiently.
- Ensure all DMV paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions about DMV procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages (Bilingual).
- Experience in telemarketing and outside sales (a plus).
- Strong understanding of insurance sales practices.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for accuracy.
- Proficiency in computers and common office software.
- A valid driver's license (CA preferred).
- Willingness to learn how to process DMV registration services.
