Position – Robotic Welder

Job Location – West Bend, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd Shift

Starting Pay – $18-$22/Hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

- Operate one or more weld machines to fabricate metal parts and assemblies to specifications.

- Lifts work piece manually or using hoist and secures work piece in fixture or load automatic feeding device.

- Calculate and sets controls to regulate machine factors such as wire feed speed, amperage, polarity, types of gas and type of weld rod.

Qualifications

- Successful completion of an internal robotic welding test.

- Previous knowledge of fixtures and weld set up parameters.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints and welding symbols.
