We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments in a timely and efficient manner.

POSITION – Shipping

JOB LOCATION – Saukville, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) –  1st Shift

STARTING PAY – $17-19 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years of experience

Responsibilities:

- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders

-Operate various forms of equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers and pallet jacks

- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing items securely and labeling packages

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments

- Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries

- Inspect shipments for damages and discrepancies

- Organize and maintain the shipping and receiving area

- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a shipping and receiving role preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to lift and move heavy packages

- Proficient in basic computer skills

- Excellent communication skills
