Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Lead

Full-time - 1st shift

$20 to $24 per hour based on experience

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shipping and Receiving Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse operations, with a focus on forklift experience.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods

- Manage a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support as needed

- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move and store materials

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of all products

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving operations

- Strong forklift experience and certification

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to lead and motivate a team
