SEEK Careers/Staffing has partnered with a client in search of Telephone Interviewers to help recruit participants for exciting Market Research studies. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment in a call center setting. Executive Interviewers must possess a professional, polished, and assertive business communication style. In this role, you would be asked to work in-person from our Bloomington office and the hours for this position would 12:00pm - 8:00pm, Monday-Friday.

Employment Term – Temp to Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd Shift 12pm-8pm
Starting Pay – $19 hourly
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 1 years of experience
Responsibilities and Tasks:
· Interviewing potential respondents over-the-phone
· 20-25 outbound calls per hour using a list of provided phone numbers
· Perform interactions over the phone using scripts provided by the company
· Interact with business professionals around the U.S., screening and qualifying them for our research needs
· Providing background information to research participants and obtaining their willingness to participate
· Enter data from phone interactions accurately
The ideal candidate would have:
· Minimum 6 months experience in a call center environment, sales, telemarketing
· Experience working on the phone with strong outbound calling ability
· Friendly, outgoing personality
· Ability to work in a professional environment
· Providing excellent customer service over the phone
· Able to communicate clearly to a variety of audience types
· Strong attention to detail
· Proficient computer and typing skills
· Ability to follow instructions and comply with company policy
· Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
Overall, you will be responsible for helping with many aspects of our business to ensure successful research studies. You will need the flexibility to be able to switch to competing priorities as needed
