Marketing and Catering Manager- Ideal Candidate:

Essential Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media content, and email campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, product launches, and community gatherings.
- Work closely with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, equipment rental, and attendee registration.
- Ensure that all events run smoothly and meet or exceed client expectations.
- Manage the catering department, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with culinary staff to develop innovative menu offerings and ensure high-quality food and beverage service.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their catering needs and provide exceptional service.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for marketing best practices across the organization.
- Must be 21 years old.
- Proficient in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish considered a valuable asset.
- Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide).
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is a must.

- Physical Endurance: Ability to stand and walk consistently for customer service excellence.
- Strength and Agility: Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Flexibility and Mobility: Proficient in bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, and moving around as required.
