Job Description:

Position Summary:

Join our Hospitality team at Seed to Table and thrive as a Floor Manager, embodying a diverse range of attributes to the success of our Guest, Customer, and Associate experience, including:

Essential Qualifications:

The following qualifications are essential for success in this role:

  • Sets a positive example, empowering associates for excellent customer service. Clearly communicates expectations.
  • Supervises cleanliness for an outstanding dining experience, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Prioritizes delivering quality customer service, enhancing relationships with both established and new customers.
  • Diplomatically resolves customer complaints, ensuring follow-up for exceptional service recovery.
  • Leads the team to deliver exceptional front-of-house services, emphasizing communication and effective procedures.
  • Implements safe practices, ensuring associate and customer safety. Adheres to food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Delegates tasks effectively, makes quick decision to address dynamic needs, highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Maintains a visible presence, actively monitoring and ensuring the quality of lunch and dinner service.
  • Oversees the organization and efficiency of dining room floors for a seamless customer experience.
  • Provides hands-on support during high-volume periods, assisting with the duties of other associates as needed.
  • Proficient in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish considered a valuable asset.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide).
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.

  • Operational Stamina: Demonstrates endurance for various service aspects, including the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Physical Capability: Exhibits physical strength, lifting up to 50 pounds, contributing to the smooth handling of various items within the establishment.
  • Effective Sensory Perception: Acute hearing and keen vision enhance the overall guest experiences, allowing for better understanding and engagement with customer inquiries.
  • Attention to Detail: Sharp eyes pick up intricate details, ensuring the presentation of each aspect of the establishment meets the highest standards.
  • Manual Dexterity: Demonstrates skilled hands for various tasks, adeptly handling diverse responsibilities to enhance overall service experiences.
