  • Leads the team to deliver exceptional front-of-house services, emphasizing communication and effective procedures.
  • Implements safe practices, ensuring associate and customer safety. Adheres to food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Delegates tasks effectively, makes quick decision to address dynamic needs, highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Maintains a visible presence, actively monitoring and ensuring the quality of lunch and dinner service.
  • Oversees the organization and efficiency of dining room floors for a seamless customer experience.
  • Provides hands-on support during high-volume periods, assisting with the duties of other associates as needed.
  • Proficient in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish considered a valuable asset.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide).
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
