Make Ready Technician
Property management company seeking a make ready technician.
We are currently seeking a make ready technician to help us get our rental homes prepared for move ins. Candidates must have working knowledge of all aspects of property maintenance including plumbing, hvac, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair, appliance repair, tile installation and general maintenance. Applicants must be presentable and personable, able to communicate well with tenants & be dependable.
Candidates must:
Pass a background check.
Have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Have their own tools.
Be self motivated and able to work in a timely manner with little supervision.
