The ideal Technician/Handyman will possess a wide range of technical skills and hands-on experience in various trades, enabling them to perform a variety of tasks related to property maintenance, repair, and improvement. The Technician/Handyman will be responsible for managing repairs/renovation projects within communities in the region.

Technician / Handyman Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in multiple trades, including carpentry, fencing, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing.
