JOB SUMMARY :

The Centralized Services Coordinator will be assisting in reviewing associate expense reports for accuracy and compliance to the company T&E policy.

• Review employee expense reports and comparing details and supported documentation for accuracy and compliance with company T&E policy guidelines.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to expense process and policies via email, Teams, and / or phone calls while providing superior customer service.
• Resolve issues directly with team members and / or their managers related to non-complaint expense reimbursement submissions.
• Interact with manager and / or employee when exceptions are identified.
• Monitor past due expense reports and work closely with employees to timely process reports.
• Assistance in Certify, Expense Management System and work with associates on how to use Certify, our expense management system.
• May perform monthly compliance audits, reporting and trend analysis such as past due expense reports, personal expenses, direct payments to card provider and employees who have duplicate cards or employee who have terminated.

Results may require additional research, reaching out to employees and resolving issues.

• Respond to internal business user requests for assistance with issues related to application functions and resolve issues.
• Support other business operational tasks as needed

Education / Experience :

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

• High School / GED
• Working knowledge with Word, Excel, Power Point
• Experience with Certify or other Expense Management System a plus
• Strong attention to detail.
• Provide a sense of urgency about the work, and have the ability to keep matters confidential when necessary
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills
• Flexible and adaptable based on changing business needs and technology landscape
• Ability to muti-task on varying projects and initiatives
• Team Player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
