In this role, Spurwink Clinicians provide individual and family therapy in a school setting. Home and community-based sessions are also offered as needed. This position is year-round and is located at Loranger Memorial Middle School.

Spurwink prioritizes quality supervision for clinicians, using a blend of individual and group formats to meet the licensing requirements and professional development needs. Access to training of evidence-based treatment modalities is part of the Spurwink experience. A generous allowance is provided for therapy supplies, external trainings, and license reimbursement.

A salaried position has a minimum billing expectation of 22 hours per week for a 40-hour position. This position pays a salary range from $52,000-$64,500 per year based on licensure and years of experience.

Salaried positions have a billable weekly expectation of 22 hours per week.

DUTIES:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and providing individual and family therapy.
• Provide updates on treatment progress for managed care entries, clinical documentation, and electronic record keeping.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and strong networking skills are essential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

All applicants must possess a master's degree in social work or counseling, and Maine Licensure (LMSW-cc, LCSW, LCPC-c, or LCPC). All levels of experience are encouraged to apply!
