Recruitment Manager

Location: SeaTac, WA (In Office)

Salary $68,000/year 

We are searching for a Recruitment Manager to help support our SeaTac and Seattle, WA branch offices. This in office position requires an individual who has significant recruitment and management experience, with strong communication and interpersonal skills that enables the individual to work successfully alongside the team.

We are looking for an individual that can partner with our management team and employees to successfully lead recruitment for the area. 

To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness, and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure, time sensitive environment.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
  • Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.
  • 2years experience with union & labor relations in an HR role preferred. 
  • Ability to advise management. 
  • Ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Acts to ensure compliance with FLSA and other applicable states and regulations. 
  • Calm, polite, and professional behavior. 
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • High level customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug and background.
