Qualifications/Responsibilities
• Delivering excellent Customer Service skills• Good level of concentration• Good communication skills and effective reporting of any incidents to the duty manager• Prevention of loss of assets, critical technology, sensitive information, or reputation damage• Oversee perimeter access through reception& gates for staff, tenants, contractors, visitors, and vehicles (access/egress control)• Checking building passes• Undertaking patrolling, searching, and knowing emergency response procedures• Please note, role involves long periods of standing (regular rotating & ample breaks provided)
