Position Summary:

Join our team and play a vital role in creating innovative wearable security devices and healthcare security infrastructure equipment that make a real difference in healthcare outcomes and safety. You will contribute to a collaborative environment dedicated to quality and continuous improvement.

Essential Functions:

• Perform assembly tasks: This includes carefully putting together small to medium electronic devices and components by readily understanding and following established procedures and clear instructions.
• Operate tools and equipment: Safely use hand tools, soldering equipment, and basic electronic test equipment to complete assembly tasks.
• Ensure quality: Inspect assembled products for accuracy and functionality. Identify and address any deviations from quality standards.
• Maintain productivity: Contribute to achieving production goals efficiently while upholding quality standards. We are committed to creating a supportive work environment that allows everyone to thrive.

• Document work: Accurately record assembly activities and relevant data using accessible methods and tools.
• Be willing to learn and adapt: Embrace new technologies and processes through ongoing training and collaboration. We value continuous learning and provide support for ongoing development.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to manipulate small objects with dexterity.

To Excel:

• Understanding of basic electronics concepts is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are a plus.
• Manufacturing experience a plus, but we are open to training enthusiastic individuals with transferable skills.
