The Principal Product Marketing Manager will focus on growing the pipeline via content development, enablement, and marketing campaigns to ensure that the channel is a successful driver of growth for Secure Code Warrior. This role involves creating and executing marketing plans that enable our marketing and customer-facing teams to effectively market, sell, and support the products. The Principal Product Marketing Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and channel partners, to ensure alignment and success. This role will require the product marketer to understand the product and communicate the value of our platform, extensibility, and integrations to the market.

What You Will Do

  • Product Enablement: Develop compelling content to ensure GTM teams have the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to market and sell the company's products effectively. This role will partner with our internal enablement team to ensure best-in-class processes and consistency.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand the market landscape and collaborate with the GTM team to grow targeted accounts
  • Product Positioning: Develop and articulate clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with CISOs, Application Security teams, and developers.
  • Sales Collateral: Create and distribute sales collateral, presentations, and other materials that help teams effectively communicate the value of the products to potential customers.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates, ensuring partner alignment and participation.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics related to product engagement, sales performance, and ROI on marketing efforts
  • Feedback Loop: Create mechanisms for internal stakeholders to provide feedback on product features, marketing materials, and support. Use this feedback to improve product marketing strategies.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in product marketing with a focus on product enablement.
  • Strong understanding of the technology or industry in which the company operates.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
Attributes of a Successful Candidate
  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience in product marketing, with responsibilities for driving end-to-end product launches and campaigns.
