Inventory Specialist Position

SECLOCK in Westwood, MA is seeking experienced Inventory Specialists to manage inventory for their Westwood facilities. This position would be responsible for overseeing all inventory processes within the Westwood facility including but not limited to Cycle Counting, Receiving, Put-Away, Replenishment and the research and resolution of inventory discrepancies. This position is a full time position that offers a very competitive benefits package and up to $25.00/hour. Responsibilities for this position would include:

Responsibilities

· Conduct cycle count inventory process to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

· Implement new or improved inventory processes.

· Restock over-picks & mis-picks and looking for trends in this area.

· Prepare monthly reports for cycle count and pick-lists count for monthly highlights.

· Schedule categories for cycle count inventory and maintain strict records.

· Oversee and evaluate stock rotation procedures.

· Train warehouse personnel in product dating and create procedures to eliminate loss.

· Notify management and purchasing of shortages or other problems that could impact product availability.

· Instruct warehouse personnel on proper procedures for locating, counting and building product.

Credentials

· Must have 5 - 10 years of inventory or warehouse management in a distribution setting.

· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft excel.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

· Attention to detail, problem solving and being self-motivated is a must.

· Preferred WMS such as RF environment setting along with scanning technologies.

· Be aware and stream all product discrepancies or shortages to purchasing.

· Work with the Returns department to ensure returned product gets put away and is accounted for.

· Manage all parts that were stripped from full units get replaced in a timely fashion.

· Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,780.00 - $54,146.00 per year
