Sebastopol Hardware is a 55 year old, family run business in beautiful West County. We are extremely community oriented and exist to serve those around us. We're looking for an HR Manager who can support our team and promote an enjoyable and fulfilling workplace.
Duties:
-Maintain work schedule for all employees
-Manage entirety of employee life cycle
-New hire interviews and onboarding
-Maintain employee benefits and compliance
-Maintain performance evaluation process & schedule
-Support payroll processes and coordinate with payroll department
-Maintain awareness of HR compliance regulations
-Maintain training matrix for all employees
-Other duties as needed
Experience & Qualifications:
-2 years HR experience in similar role
-Proficient in MS Office
-Bachelor's degree preferred
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
