Salary Range: $22 - $25/hr DOE

What you'll do:

The Project Coordinator will play a vital role providing support to the Project Management team by processing orders in SAP. Monitor current projects and coordinate all team members involved keeping installation workflow on track. Communicate timeline changes and new information to the project team. Ad hoc assignments as requested.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates installation with third-party vendors, co-workers, and customers.
• Manage the data for all project-related information; ensure all needed materials are current and properly filed and stored.
• Manage travel for the installation team within the assigned budget and ensure adherence to the travel policy.
• Organize and plan meetings with the project manager, either ad hoc or on a scheduled cadence.
• Ensure on-time completion of all installation projects.
• Work to improve the project process.

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of professional administrative experience

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, Walking
• Ability to Lift up to 50lbs occasionally
