Job Title: Digital Signage Operations CoordinatorDepartment: Technical OperationsFLSA Status: ExemptReports To: Director of Technical OperationsPOSITION CONCEPTWe are seeking an energetic and self-directed individual with the ability to handle multiple projects and operate and maintain the Lumen Field and Lumen Field Event Center digital signage systems.Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Acts as administrator and operator for Lumen Field and Lumen Field Event Center digital signage system
Program and maintain content scheduling on the digital signage network
Works closely with each content user group (Corporate Partnerships, Game Presentation, Ticketing, etc) to support operations and content delivery for digital signage system. Assigns access privileges to designated users
Trains gameday and other user group staff in digital signage operations
Maintains content library for digital signage operations. Load and monitor on-demand content
Responsible for stadium concession menu administration and assists in design and content delivery
Integrates cue triggers for content playback during all Seahawks and other stadium events. Reporting and content evaluation post-event
Works closely with the Technical Operations team to test, troubleshoot and monitor the digital signage system
Assists with the installation and commissioning of new signage locations
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of digital signage platforms
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software platform especially Excel and Access with ability to integrate data driven graphics templates
Knowledge of broadcast production operations and broadcast graphic packages is a plus
Knowledge of computer networking - Local Area Networking
Knowledge and experience with Photoshop and other Adobe software products is a plus
Independent, creative problem-solver
Highly organized, motivated and responsible with good time and project management abilities
Solid team player with superior communication and organizational skills
Able to work flexible and long hours, including weekends, as required
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS
3 years of experience in media broadcast and production, including designing graphics, editing videos, creating and scheduling media content
Completion of undergraduate degree in one or more of the following: media arts, broadcasting, video production or graphics design is preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The salary for this position is: $70,000 - $85,000. The salary applies to the current posting. The posted salary may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set.
