Compensation and Hours

• Compensation: $62,000-$130,000 per year
• 10-hour shift
• 4 day rotating shift
• Must be available weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Perform diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs
• Communicate with parts dept to obtain parts to perform repairs
• Communicate directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Advisors to complete the job in a timely manner
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with employers' values in all interactions

Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on work experience as Automotive Technician in a reputable shop (preferably OEM dealership or franchise) environment preferred
• Strong mechanical & electrical diagnostic aptitude and hands on skill preferred
• High volume mentality
• Proficiency in basic computer skills required
• Positive attitude
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid Washington State Driver's License (or ability to obtain upon relocation) 
• Clean driving record
• Must be able to drive a manual
