Seattle Childrens Hospital is Hiring a Manager, Employee Relations and Ops Consultants Near Seattle, WA

Responsibilities

The Employee Relations and Operations Manager (ERO Manager) provides forward-looking strategic Human Resources expertise for all HR Employee Relations team members at Seattle Children's. This includes, but is not limited to, leading employee relations, advising leaders and staff on corrective actions and performance improvement plans, informing and guiding managers with employee concerns as well as advising employees of their rights and expectations in the workplace. The ERO Manager evaluates performance, set KPIs, and promote a positive ER culture, emphasizing fairness and transparency.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field or a combination of education and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the job duties.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience in human resources.
  • Minimum two (2) years leadership or management experience.
  • At least one (1) years of experience providing leadership to employee relations team members.
  • At least three (3) years of experience working in a union environment.
  • Proven track record of operating in a shared services environment, utilizing data-driven insights to identify trends and formulate measurable solutions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of, and skill applying, local, state and federal laws.
  • Demonstrated commitment to DEI and antiracist principles.

Required Credentials:

  • N/A

Preferred:

  • PHR/SPHR and HR-related certifications are preferred.
  • Master’s Degree in business or related field
  • Experience working in a large, complex health care organization.

Min to Max Hourly Salary

$59.18 - $88.77 /hr

Min to Max Annual Salary

$123,094.40 - $184,641.60 /yr

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.

Seattle Children’s offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
