Our client is looking for a staff attorney to join the growing downtown Los Angeles office of a trial boutique. The candidate should have 1-8 years of experience and must have previous experience working in a law firm. The perfect candidate will have a strong passion for trial advocacy, exceptional writing abilities, and a keen enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
The attorney would be responsible for:
- Assisting the firm's litigation team by offering support in the discovery process.
- Providing advice to trial teams on court regulations, civil procedure, court document submission, and document review assignments.
- Managing case files, trial materials, and client data in an organized manner.
Experience Required:
- Prior experience working at a law firm.
- Extensive familiarity with relevant court rules, procedures, e-filings, and e-discovery.
- Proficient in organizing case files, trial materials, and client data.
- Experience with litigation and trial cases.
- Expertise in handling complex commercial and white-collar cases, regulatory matters, appeals, and international disputes is of utmost importance.
