Our Award Winning Client seeks a talented Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations within our organization. As a national leader in the hospitality industry, we take pride in our numerous accolades and our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor team members to optimize their potential, utilizing a coaching model.
• Recognize and reward employee contributions.
• Conduct daily team briefings and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and communicating operational progress.
• Manage financial performance by maintaining P&L statements and achieving targets set by clients and the company.
• Implement cost controls and profit management strategies to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, rules, and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified food service experience.
• Supervise team members in production, quality control, and inventory management.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in beverage program management and inventory / product management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective client and customer relationships.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
• Proficiency in relevant technical skills.
