Our Award Winning Client is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a General Manager for daily operations. This position offers the opportunity to work with a nationally recognized organization that has received numerous awards for excellence in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations as the heir apparent to the Senior General Manager.
• Manage profit and loss accounts to achieve financial objectives.
• Oversee a diverse team of direct reports and collaborate with the management team.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Coordinate and execute various events, including MLB games, concerts, and corporate functions.
• Supervise food and beverage operations, including club levels, concessions, suites, and catering services.
• Drive creativity and innovation within the food and beverage offerings, constantly seeking new opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and a relentless focus on continuous improvement.

Job Skills and Technical Skills Required:

• F&B Management in large venue with revenues exceeding $40 million.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Client management experience.
• Ability to work in an event-based schedule.
