**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our tenured team. Reporting directly to the Controller, you will be a key member of our three-person Accounting/Finance Team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You will also assist the Controller with month-end close processes, reconciliations, and various administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Assist the Controller with month-end close procedures.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Support administrative functions within the accounting department.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and reporting.

**Qualifications:**
- Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred, Bachelors degree a plus
- 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
