Job Overview :

Search Solution Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client, a global material solutions company that specializes in mining, processing, and selling industrial minerals worldwide.

Located in Bakersville, NC, this role is essential for ensuring excellent customer service by managing order processing, compliance documentation, and logistics activities effectively while adhering to local regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Organize the receipt and processing of customer orders to meet specified requirements.
  • Provide commercial support to customers and sales managers, handling offers, and ensuring efficient information flow.
  • Manage onsite logistics activities, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with standards.
  • Handle external complaints, ensuring they are processed correctly and resolved promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support customer service activities and compliance.

Requirements include :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or another relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience : Prior experience in customer service or logistics within an international environment is advantageous.
  • Skills : Strong organizational skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Certifications : Not specified.
  • Knowledge : Familiarity with SAP and logistics or customer service processes is a plus.
  • Key Competencies : Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Multilingual capabilities are an asset.
