SEAN S MOHTASHAMI DDS INC is Hiring a Call Center Representative Near Long Beach, CA

Our practice is looking for a hard working, goal minded individual with strong sales skills to fill the position we have as a Patient Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for people calling in attempting to book a New Patient appointment. Below is a list of responsibilities and tasks related to this role:

  • Build relationships, develop trust and educate leads over the phone
  • Convert New Patient leads into New Patient Consultation appointments
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on past New Patient leads in effort to recapture the lead
  • Meet personal conversion goals for inbound and outbound calls
  • Communicate real time with people who submit inquiries via email or social media to book appointments
  • Send appointment details via email and text message
  • Confirm appointments
  • Meet NP Goal quotas
  • Assist with filling schedules for multiple locations
  • Report results on spreadsheets
  • Listen to calls for quality control and training purposes

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year working in the dental field
  • Back office (assisting) experience preferred
  • Treatment coordinating experience preferred
  • Experience with Carestack
  • Bilingual (Spanish) required
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills
