Dental Call Center Representative
Job Responsibilities
Our practice is looking for a hard working, goal minded individual with strong sales skills to fill the position we have as a Patient Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for people calling in attempting to book a New Patient appointment. Below is a list of responsibilities and tasks related to this role:
· Build relationships, develop trust and educate leads over the phone
· Convert New Patient leads into New Patient Consultation appointments
· Make outbound calls to follow up on past New Patient leads in effort to recapture the lead
· Meet personal conversion goals for inbound and outbound calls
· Communicate real time with people who submit inquiries via email or social media to book appointments
· Send appointment details via email and text message
· Confirm appointments
· Meet NP Goal quotas
· Assist with filling schedules for multiple locations
· Report results on spreadsheets
· Listen to calls for quality control and training purposes
Job Requirements
· At least 1 year working in the dental field
· Back office (assisting) experience preferred
· Treatment coordinating experience preferred
· Experience with Dentrix preferred
· Bilingual (Spanish) required
· Must be able to multi-task
· Excellent communication skills
