Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including inventory control, customer service, and team management. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure the store is properly stocked and merchandise is displayed effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Train and supervise store staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions and manage cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Strong knowledge of retail math and inventory control principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software
- Administrative skills, including record keeping and report generation
- Multilingual skills are a plus
