Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability
- Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records
- Oversee merchandising and ensure products are displayed attractively
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities

Experience:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of wireless sales is preferred
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and foster a positive work environment
- Proficient in using POS systems for sales transactions
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Previous experience as a store clerk is advantageous
