JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service Representative at Sealcoat Supply Company is an inside sales role responsible for answering the phones and supporting walk-in customers with sales and rentals. The position is considered the company's front line of contact with our customers so the ideal candidate will have a professional attitude and strive to deliver exceptional customer service. We are looking for an individual who has the ability to connect with a wide variety of personalities and is able to handle complex customer situations.

Needed for Success:

· Valid Driver’s license required.

· Strong customer service & telephone skills

· Strong computer and administrative skills

· Forklift experience is helpful.

· Basic computer knowledge

· People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects.

· Dependable -- showing up on time is vital for success in this position.

· Experience in inside sales or other experience in negotiation and influencing with customers is helpful.

· Experience in construction or paving / sealcoating industry is helpful.

· High level of accountability, time management and willingness to learn all aspects of the business.

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
