Seacrest Services, Inc, a leading management company in South Florida, is seeking a dedicated Portfolio Property Manager to join our team. With a reputation for providing top-tier management and maintenance services to Community Associations since 1975, we offer a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment. This part-time role (30 hours per week) involves managing multiple properties, ensuring compliance with contracts, and maintaining excellent communication with board members and residents.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to contract terms for each property.
• Regularly inspect properties and report any architectural or property violations to the board members and your supervisor.
• Assist the Board in obtaining bids from qualified vendors.
• Manage all Association correspondence.
• Attend Annual meetings.
• Review Work Orders and provide recommendations for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with Seacrest divisions to ensure consistent communication with Boards and Residents.
• Stay updated on State Statute requirements and upcoming changes, and handle them proactively.

Qualifications

• Active CAM license.
• Demonstrate prior Master or POA experience.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
