YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting Vice President of Sales & Marketing opportunity in our Merriam, Kansas office. The VP of Sales and Marketing position will hold the overall responsibility for designing, developing, and delivering the sales strategy globally for Seaboard Foods and Seaboard Renewable Natural Gas. This role will lead all commercial activity to include sales, marketing, innovation, communications and sustainability, leading the creation of long-term marketing & innovation plans for our brands and our go to market strategy. The role will oversee this activity on behalf of three domestic pork harvest facilities, three domestic bacon production plants, and a ham boning operation in Mexico. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven leadership experience and demonstrated success in delivering measurable results that achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets. The individual in this role is a significant member of the executive leadership team and will play an integral role in the overall strategy of the organization (including the Joint Venture Partners).
