Bookkeeperjob duties include working closely with our Accounting team tocreate and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirementscompliance process accounts payable and receivable and manageinvoices and tax payments.
Our ideal candidate holds a Financedegree (preferably followed by accounting CPE courses) and isfamiliar with accounting software packages like FreshBooks KashooandCashflows.
Ultimatelythe Bookkeepers responsibilities are to accurately record alldaytoday financial transactions of ourcompany.
Responsibilities :
Verify thattransactions are recorded in the correct day book suppliers ledgercustomer ledger and generalledger
Bring thebooks to the trial balancestage
Performpartial checks of the postingprocess
Complete taxforms
Enter datamaintain records and create reports and financialstatements
Processaccounts receivable / payable and handle payroll in atime
