Position: Technical Program Manager/ Business Analyst (BA)

Duration: 12 Months We are seeking qualified candidates with a strong experience in agile practices, QA/UAT testing, technical writing, and a profound understanding of application workflows, data rules, and business logic. The role is multifaceted, demanding active engagement across various stakeholders from both the technology and business teams. The successful candidate will be based in New York and expected to serve as a supervisory dashboard subject matter expert for clients and local management.What We're Looking For:
Ability to manage and prioritize numerous simultaneous large projects, small tasks, and ad-hoc requests.
Self-driven individual capable of working independently and driving projects to completion.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts concisely.Responsibilities:
Understand system platform offerings, business practices, and client initiatives.
Assist the Client Enablement Lead with requirements gathering, including developing functional specifications, use cases, process flow diagrams, and product documentation.
Take ownership of the UAT process for all initiatives, including creating test plans and ensuring execution by all stakeholders.
Attend scrum meetings, apply Agile practices to manage and measure team performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Enforce procedures across squads to enhance overall team operations.
Conduct knowledge management activities such as documenting system processes and conducting application feature demonstrations with clients and/or technical teams.Requirements:
10 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of agile practices
Proficiency in QA/UAT testing
Technical writing skills
Ability to comprehend application workflows, data rules, and business logic
