Scout Pest Control is looking to expand our outside sales team!
We are market leaders in providing the highest quality pest control service in North Alabama. We are growing and want to expand our team to help us capture more new customers in our area. This position is geared to specialize in targeting homeowners recently moved into our service area. This will be done through cold contacting new homeowners to offer service; through working with builders to increase our pretreatments on new construction homes, and through targeted discounts and offerings to certain neighborhoods. The sales rep will be expected to develop and foster relationships with home builders to help facilitate setting up pre-treatment contracts on new homes. Having an existing relationship with home builders is beneficial, but not required.
