Responsibilities Include:

• Accepting customer loads upon approval of the Logistics Account Manager, building loads, booking loads, organizing loads and tracking loads
• Notifying customers of freight arrivals, pickups, movement, and deliveries
• Maintaining lines of communication with carriers, customers, shipping, and receiving facilities
• Data entry into fleet management system and online customer/vendor platforms
• Retaining records of purchase orders and various administrative or clerical support tasks
• Contacting customers, carriers, or distribution facilities to resolve problems or make adjustments as needed
• Continuously communicating with the Logistics Account Manager and trainee(s) to ensure proper maintenance of accounts
• Negotiating contracts for individual freight shipments

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in Business Administration or other related fields of logistics strongly preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Strongly preferred
• Ability to think proactively and plan ahead
• Knowledge of multiple transportation and logistics disciplines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and problem-solve. 1 years of load planning, data coordinating, or transportation and customer service experience is strongly preferred

Benefits:

• Base salary is $42,000 with the potential to bonus quarterly based on team performance
