Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot customer issues with company’s SAAS application
• Respond to calls, chats, emails from customers and prospects
• Process requests through use of a ticketing system
• Updating and documenting customer info in a CRM
• Delegating calls to the appropriate salesperson
• Educating customers on our products, services, and process
• Bringing a positive attitude every day
