Department: Submersible Dredging Solutions - Sales
Supervisor: Sales Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
Supervisory Responsibilities
Qualifications Experience selling into multiple market segments/verticals, Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn, Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED, College preferred; with at least 3 years of business to business sales.
Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to read & understand blueprints, diagrams, and structural plans.
Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Language Skills - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Computer Skills - Proficiency in programs including PowerPoint, MS Office and Excel, Zendesk Sell/CRM experience preferred.

Travel This position would travel approximately 25% of the time. You may be required to travel out of town to meet potential clients for job walks, lunch-n-learns, and sales meetings.

Pay Range: $50,000-$70,000
