The Accounts Receivable Analyst will support the Science Care Finance Department with all Accounts Receivable functions, Collections, Special Projects, and other duties as assigned.

Required Elements:

• Assist with customer database maintenance
• Able to process and enter a high-volume of vendor invoices
• Prepare and process customer invoices
• Data Entry
• Collection actions on past due accounts
• Special projects and reports as assigned by Management
• Support month-end activities

Job Requirements:

• Basic accounting knowledge
• Prior accounting department experience preferred
• Individual who is self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented, with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Commitment to superior quality and professional service
• Ability to professionally manage confidential information
• Proven track record of adhering to company policy and exceeding performance standards.
• Computer Skills: MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, MS Access, MS Power Point
