JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager/Executive Chef/F B Director the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests.
• Provides ongoing direction, supervision and monitoring to banquet staff.
• Expected to coordinate all aspect of the room/facilities set-up, including audio/visual and F B so that all efforts are directed toward guest satisfaction, the achievement/maintenance of division standards and profit maximization.
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel customer service role
• Food safety certification preferred
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred
