We are constantly pushing the limits of our technology to enable communities such as Valencia in Spain, Bad Hersfeld in Germany and Queensland in Australia to better manage their assets, reduce their expenditure and preserve their identity and their environment.Job DescriptionThe ANZ People and Culture Business Partner is a strategic HR role responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive people initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and support organisational growth. This role will focus on both salaried and hourly paid employees, ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with company values.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnership:Collaborate with ANZ business leaders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.Provide strategic HR advice and solutions to drive business performance.Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all people-related matters.Employee Relations:Manage serious employee relations issues, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Delegate lower-level ER to HR AdvisorEnsure compliance with employment laws and company policies.Own the annual driver survey process and use the results to promote a positive and inclusive workplace cultureTalent Acquisition and Retention:Partner with the Talent Acquisition Partner to attract and retain top talent.Develop workforce planning strategies to address skill gaps and succession planning.Support recruitment efforts for critical roles.Performance Management:Coach managers on performance management processes.Drive performance improvement initiatives.Conduct performance reviews and goal-setting discussions.Learning and Development:Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D team to design relevant programs.Support career development and growth opportunities for employees.Coach, mentor and guide HR Advisor and Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver excellent serviceCompensation and Benefits:Work closely with Finance and Compensation teams to ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs.Provide guidance on salary reviews and bonus structures.Oversee the weekly payroll by assisting HR advisor with any anomalies or queriesHealth and Safety:Collaborate with the WHS Manager to promote a safe work environment.Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and policies.Due Diligence:Ensure Annual Modern Slavery statement is updated and continuous improvement initiatives are capturedWork with HR Advisor to ensure annual WGEA data is provided accurately and on timeCapture any employment law updates and advise management accordinglyAssist WHS Manager and Quality Manager in collection and presentation of people data in relation to annual ISO audit QualificationsEducational Background & Professional ExperienceRequiredAustralian recognised Qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in HR business partnering roles.DesirableExperience working for a Global company with a dotted line to Global Chief HR OfficerSkills & KnowledgeRequiredStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAdditional InformationRespect is one of our values.
