As a Project & System Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue through effective Project Management skills, technical support, solution design, and customer engagement. The Project & System Services Engineer will work in the Internet of Things (IOT) space and is responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance and monitoring of all active network equipment to ensure smooth operation of the system. This will involve constant communication and link with the customers to ensure that the customer staff are trained to operate the systems as well as be able to troubleshoot issues that may arise from time to time; both, at a network as well as software and data level.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a technical field preferred (e.g., engineering, computer science) or equivalent practical experience obtained after a TAFE/ equivalent qualification.Minimum 2 years’ experience.Additional InformationRespect is one of our values.
