Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough inspections of residential roofs, Identifying signs of damage, wear and tear, and potential areas of concern.
• Assisting homeowners in the insurance claims process, ensuring that our customers receive fair and comprehensive coverage for repairs or replacements.
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the entire restoration process and fostering positive connections with homeowners by understanding their needs.
• Guiding homeowners with excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Requirements:

• NO PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable walking on roofs up to two stories high.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Preferred familiarity with insurance claims processes is a plus.
