Your profile
Possess a technical / IT education or equivalent experience with a strong grasp of technical concepts.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
Skilled in analytical and systematic troubleshooting and resolution.
Experience with repairing, testing, or assembling medical devices is an advantage, as well as experience in the respiratory field.
Good Spanish language skills (Support LATAM)
Exhibit reliability, independence, precision, and accountability in work.
Enjoy teamwork, collaboration, and has a curious, solution-oriented, and technology-driven mindset.
