Schneider Electric has an opportunity for Business Process Engineer in the Strategy Execution and Transformation Team, you will be part of the core team driving our NAM transformation. The Business Process Engineer will be accountable for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and optimize business processes, driving efficiency, productivity, and cost savings. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with 5-10 years of proven expertise in business process engineering. 

What will you do?

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Design and develop innovative, data-driven process solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of optimized processes.
• Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to drive collaboration, accountability, and transparency in program delivery.
• Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets, providing actionable recommendations. Create data-driven dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing best practices.
• Partner with Change Management Leaders for Organizational program change management planning
• Facilitate workshops and deliver expected outcomes.

Who will you report to?

This position reports to the Director, NAM Strategy & Transformation Office.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in business process engineering
• Proven track record of successfully optimizing business processes
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Change management expertise, with the ability to influence and drive change within an organization.
• Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Available for travel up to 10%

• Strong leadership and team building ability
• Ability to organize and facilitate large meetings and workshops
• Critical thinker, ability to connect fragmented information to a comprehensive story
• Strong stakeholder management skills, building and maintaining relationships.
• Proficiency in project management and analytics tools and software. (e.g., Asana, Tableau)
