DAY-TO-DAY
This full-time administrative position enjoys a four-day workweek. Your hours in our dental office are Monday - Wednesday, 7 : 45 am - 5 : 00 pm, and Thursday, 6 : 50 am - 3 : 00 pm.
As a Dental Front Office Admin, you play a vital role for us. You are among the first people our patients see when they arrive, and you help set a positive tone that remains with them throughout their time with us.
A people person, you enjoy helping them feel seen as you check them out and kindly collect copays.
Sometimes, you go over treatment plans with patients, which means clearly explaining their options and helping them understand their next steps.
You also schedule appointments, take phone calls, and perform any other tasks the office manager needs help with. An organizer at heart, you love to help our operations run well, and you especially enjoy ensuring that our customers are absolutely satisfied with their experience.
