We seek an Assistant Manager to join our team and help our organization succeed. We are currently looking for 5 locations within our group: Lake Worth, Camp Bowie, Pantego, Burleson, Waxahachie. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think critically and solve problems quickly. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and helping to develop and implement strategies for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the store.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints.
• Train and develop staff to ensure that they are meeting company standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new products as needed.
• Develop strategies to improve customer service and increase customer loyalty.

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
