Job Summary:
Schlossmann Honda City is seeking a dependable, self motivated individual to be responsible for administrative duties in addition to ensuring customer satisfaction through counter sales and providing technical support. This full time hourly position is located in Greenfield, Wisconsin and is an individual contributor role.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
• Service customers at the parts counter, over the phone, and online
• Identify customer needs and provide parts information
• Handle inquiries by accurately searching for parts numbers, pricing, availability, and delivery
• Ensure prompt and accurate deliveries, returns, and exchanges
• Receive and verify orders for accuracy and completeness
• Pull and package parts orders to meet customer needs
• Process and manage daily paperwork for orders and returns
• Maintain parts packaging and labeling standards
• Participate in inventory management, housekeeping, and safety programs
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in automotive parts counter or parts department
• Knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and operating requirements
• Proficient in computers and other office equipment
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
